Isuzu and SOS Kit Aid at Brynoch RFC

John Broadfoot, SOS CEO, and Ken Thomas, SOS Regional Director for Wales, were very pleased to attend an Isuzu promotion at Brynoch Rugby Club this last weekend, where the Club made a big donation of kit to SOS. Isuzu, the Japanese truck maker, are the new sponsors of Welsh Rugby and laid on a coaching session conducted by Welsh rugby star - Shane  Williams that the Brynoch youngsters really enjoyed. New kit was also donated to the club along with a signed Welsh team shirt by Shane. SOS were very pleased to be associated with this wonderful promotion of Welsh junior rugby by Isuzu and look forward to working more with them in the future.

Looking Ahead with Ukraine Rugby

SOS Kit Aid CEO John Broadfoot was pleased recently to meet up with Iwan Rewko, EU Representative of the Ukrainian Rugby Federation. John was happy to receive a Ukrainian rugby team shirt and coffee mug. Over lunch discussions were held to plan new SOS kit deliveries for 2019 which Iwan arranges funding for amongst UK based Ukrainians.

Dougie is "Away with the Birds"

Regional Director for Scotland, Dougie Sloan, is “away with the birds”  He has just swooped on another great load of kit from GLASGOW HAWKS RFC, quickly followed by a brilliant donation from ANDREW DAVIDSON of NEWCASTLE FALCONS. Many thanks to you both.

Bath Saracens RFC Donate Kit

With generous sponsorship provided over the last two seasons by local businesses; Everything IT and the BMT group, Bath Saracens rugby club purchased two new sets of match day kits. This left them with kit from previous sponsorship deals that were no longer required.

Sarries committee members recently met with Regional Director Richard Westaway of ‘SOS Kit Aid’ and handed over two complete sets of shirts. Now they can make a positive and tangible impact on young people’s lives by giving them the chance to participate in sporting activities; promote social inclusion; and protect the environment

Some Great Donations from Around Scotland

Many Thanks to Our Friends in Scotland

Our SOS Kit Aid Regional Director in Scotland has been travelling the country picking up some welcome donations. He travelled to Linlithgow Rugby Club where the club Honorary President Gordon Dixon presented him with two sets of shirts. Then a trip down to Peebles Rugby Club in the Borders produced two more sets of shirts presented by John Swanson. This was capped with a donation of six bags of balls arranged by Scott Inglis at the High School of Glasgow.
