Donations Currently On Hold

2025 was a terrific year for SOS Kit Aid, where we smashed our 2025 World Rugby delivery target by nearly 20%, achieving 47 big kit deliveries around the world against a target of 40. It was a great year too for kit collections that were substantial. Big thanks to all our wonderful kit donors.

This has left us very over stocked, and our 10 UK storage facilities are choc-a-bloc. Therefore, unfortunately, we must put a temporary hold on all kit donations for the next 4-6 weeks, until we have had a chance to clear some room!
Please bear with us, we will be back on-line as soon as possible to advise recommencement of kit pick-ups.

If you have any rugby kit to donate check the Regions page here to directly contact a Regional Director in your area who will arrange a collection from you. Alternatively please fill in the application form below.

Sponsor a Delivery

SOS Kit Aid operates at a very low cost and is supported by the goodwill of many organisations and individuals, helping us to successfully provide kit to young people around the world. However, with no major sponsors, we urgently need funding to pay for future shipments. For example, a shipment to Eastern Europe typically costs £250. So, any financial donation, large or small, will be helping to sponsor another delivery of rugby kit and helping to change lives.
